GMHC CEO Lives to Serve Her Community

Health professional, public policy advocate, and current CEO of Gay Men’s Health Crisis, Dr. Hill has been “first in fight” combating the AIDS epidemic. As the first African American woman to become CEO of an LGBT organization, Dr. Hill is working hard to erase the effects that Racism, Sexism, Poverty, Unequal Access and Homophobia have on the spreading of HIV in at risk communities.

Lina Bradford Has No Need for Labels

Lina Bradford (aka DJ Lina) never understood labels.  Born and raised in Manhattan by her mother and grandmother, Lina knew that she was transgendered from a very young age.  She soon found great joy in the performance world, and later, in the art of DJing.  Today, Lina can be found werkin' her beats in the Fire Island Pines, at G Lounge, and many other NYC hotspots.  DJ Lina is an inspiration to us all!  Isn't that right, Sugar?
